After a somewhat troublesome and extensive sign-up process, i finally got to the juicy part. Bought a VPS and had some installation hiccup. However, the aftersales support is top notch! Autumn really did an outstanding job and shows real deep technical knowledge, and gave me some pointers on what to watch out for. 5 Star Service here!
