I don’t personally have internet service with Turnkey but a few years ago I made a complaint about a light that was shining into our rooms and it was immediately taken care of and last night I got this message from Joe Schoonbeck which was amazing, he didn’t have to reach out but he did. 5 stars for customer service if you ask me.
I've been using a sizeable hosting package from TurnKey for a number of years now and I have to say, the service is amazing on all levels... Autumn has especially bailed my butt out of a handful of issues, usually something dumb that I've over looked, but she will catch it, resolve it and explain to me why it was wrong!! I wished my other hosting providers were this good to work with!!
