Staff is always changing, The docter made me very uncomfortable & over prescribed my pills so i sleeped all day. I was very disappointed to go to my monthly phycho therapy. They would not listen to my concerns and symptoms. The new nurse would hurry through my visit and my medicine was not talked about. Don't recomend this place.
Did an intake apptmt they lost my paperwork rescheduled me another appoinment 1 month later to do it all again, ive never been to a place so unprofessional in my life, 7 11's have more professional staff then this.
Loved it When I started but when COVID hit and few months Prior Seems like These people really don’t care for your Mental Health. At times they make you feel worse. Now all these Policies etc. Changes it’s making it even Worse. I just Hope They Improve especially the Counselors could be a bit more Professional and Caring.
Susy Kolak was very unprofessional and abrasive, particularly when we did not agree with her treatment plan for our young daughter. After a 10 minute assessment, she stated that she was calling 911 to have my 13 year old picked up by an ambulance for a 72-hour hold. And after we declined and left the facility, she sent the police to our house. This is unethical and below the standard of care.
I received a "...wrong number" call from these people in the Chico branch. The receptionist had no idea what was going on and could not (or didn't want to) answer basic questions so she transfered me to Shiela. I still couldn't get any solid answers as to why they'd be calling other than the wrong number excuse.
