I will never willingly return to your facilities! I understand COVID requires certain measures be put in place but how you have treated a mother and young baby tonight is absolutely appalling and unnecessary! A friend with a 3 month old came to one of your facilities this evening. Both are COVID positive and the baby was having difficulties. She was told she could not stay with her child.
