First Impression – I got my hair done at Turning Heads a little while ago. I generally was very satisfied with the stylist. She was skillfull, polite and quick. The shampoo assistants were also very nice and helpful. My only complaint was with the salon receptionist's attitude. She was unpleasant and had a near scowl on her face the whole time I dealt with her. I would advise Turning Heads to remind their receptionist to smile and be more polite no matter how tired she is or how bad her day was. After all, this is important ... read more
Can you say siditty? – It's too much money for the service. They need to lower their prices if they really want to serve the larger African American community. And the phone and in-person reception each time I've been there has been aloof and/or condescending. I was taken care of by an assistant, but charged at the stylist's rate.
