Nice Place, Good People – This has been my salon to get my locs done for the past 5 years and I like it a lot. MY stylist Katrina is very sweet and does a great job on my hair. I am not a big "hair" person, but Katrina always hooks me up just right. They have done a nice job repainting the Spa and I can't wait until the Salon is done as well. It's a nice place with a lot of good people. I would definitely give it a try.
Where was she? – I usually don't write on the internet but after reading the review below I had to come to the defense of Turning Heads. Turning Heads, without question is a very respectable and honest business. I have been to the spa twice for massages and was treated with care by a very friendly staff of people. You can't please everyone but the staff at Turning Heads do their best and take great care of their clients. I think the previous reviewer has the wrong spot. A+ to Turning Heads.

WORST SPA IN HARLEM NYC!!!!!!!!!!! – This PLACE WAS A DISASTER! DO NOT GO THERE THEY LEFT ME WAITING AND STARVING FOR OVER 5 HOURS!!!!! THEY WERE VERY WELL AWARE THAT I HAVE A SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITION "LUPUS" and was told this was not a "RESTURAUNT" as I waited starving and was delayed for hours, due to their schedule they then went an CHARGED my child's credit card my CHILD, they charged her card knowing my child did not receive any services there . Heads are Turning when I leave Turning Heads! – I've been going to Turning Heads for over 15 yrs, seeing the same stylist, Dakar, each time. Let me tell you I have had a wonderful experience each time when I leave the shop I'm really "Turning Heads" cause I receive so many compliments. spa princess approves – I had a wonderful experience here at the spa. I have been going to spas since I was a younger girl and Ive experienced many nice and luxurious spa environments but the personalities were always cold. Spa Party... – MY BRIDAL SHOWER WAS AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough about my experience at Turning Heads. My girlfriend's gave me a spa party to send me off into matrimony, and we decided to check out T.H, on a friend's recommendation. My Salon – I have been getting my locs done at Turning Heads for about 8 years now and I do not have anything to complain about. When I first came back in 2002 I was not to sure about making the transition to natural hair but as soon as I saw so many other clients with beautiful locs, twists, braids and other natural looks I felt right at home. Most relaxing spa experience!!! – I've always wanted to try Turning Heads Day spa. And finally was able to make an appointment. I made an appointment for a full body massage, elemental nature facial and manicure. As soon as i walked in the front lobby smelled so yummy so i knew this was going to be a great experience.
