2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Mostly because windshield issue 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Some residue (glue) left near/above gas tank area; took an extra day of two because they ‘lost’ parts when reassembling. Several scratches on my windshield that were not there before when I dropped it off (something abrasive on cloth they used when washing car before returning to me?) 4 Star : Customer Service Kept me informed and very nice. Apologetic when issues arose. 5 Star : Returned Clean

I’m not sure if it was Sun Motors, Nationwide, or Turner Collision, but somehow the wrong front grill was order and placed in my Wife’s vehicle. So we are really hoping they bring us back to repair it. Besides that, Turner is the Best!!! Thank you for everything!

5 Star : My Experience The estimator told me the team would need my car for 3 days. I dropped the car off on Tuesday night. I did not receive any updates regarding the status and went to the dealership on Friday evening to pick up the car and was told it was not ready. I did not get an update until I left the dealership on Friday evening that the car would be ready on Monday. This was a small communication issue but could have been much bigger had I not been using a family members car. I feel that someone should have updated... read more
