5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality There was a gap between the bumper and headlight that was missed and needed corrected before I left on the day I picked it up. Minor issue and didn't take long to correct, but probably should have been caught sooner. After leaving while driving at night I discovered the new headlight is not aimed properly, so I need to stop back again. Hopefully another quick adjustment, but again, it should have been caught or checked before I picked it up. 4.5 Star : Customer Service

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Mostly because windshield issue 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Some residue (glue) left near/above gas tank area; took an extra day of two because they ‘lost’ parts when reassembling. Several scratches on my windshield that were not there before when I dropped it off (something abrasive on cloth they used when washing car before returning to me?) 4 Star : Customer Service Kept me informed and very nice. Apologetic when issues arose. 5 Star : Returned Clean
