I live in Texas and we had an issue with one of our kittens. Dr. Joubert was fantastic!!! He took time from his busy day to talk to us and try to help with any diagnosis he could. We ended up getting the little guy to him for evaluation. Unfortunately we had to put the kitten down, but the fact that he was willing to take time and help any way he could with this situation speaks volumes about his character and the passion he has for these animals. This has been my vet for a great length of time. I WHOLLY recommend them to any one. Dr. Joubert is exceptionally kind and thorough over his patients. I feel that their fees are exceptionally moderate.
I have been using Turner for years for my personal babies, and now that I'm with a rescue I am using them for those babies as well. The staff is nothing short of amazing! I recommend them to everyone I know.
Dr. Joubert is the most caring vet I have ever known. No other vet comes close. He has helped me so much. When I took a Queen in labor to him he stood back & walked me through( Persians need help) Any other vet would have me sit in waiting room & charges me for every delivery possible. After moving hours away he had helped to safe the life of my favorite cat at least 4 X's. He always returns calls w/o being in a hurry to get off the phone. Has been a irreplaceable vet, teacher & friend.
