Dr Joubert and his staff are awesome!
I loved it there were very special and caring when I first took my cat kiki to get fixed and for her tall. I just took two stray cats boy and girl my baby's Zack and zeoy to get fixed and I trust they take care of my baby's. I would highly recommend them to anyone
Always upfront, honest, and kind. They're always friendly even when it's busy and very decently priced.
I love this place. We went to a larger vet office years ago that was more of a "get them in, get them out", very impersonal, but well known office. I was just starting out with my first cat when we decided to try Turner Animal Clinic. I just love it. Dr. Joubert is so knowledgeable and we are never treated like a number when we are there. Dr. Joubert has been our vet from the time he first came to Turner Animal Clinic, I'd guess about 50 years. He is the kindest, most knowledgeable, caring vet I have ever know and he is the most reasonably priced.
My Mom and I came in today to get flea medicine for our dogs and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to us. She started slamming papers on the counter. Then she took my Mom's card after she swiped it and slammed that on the counter too. HORRIBLE SERVICE! The woman at the front desk acted like she had an issue with us.
We have been using Turner Animal Clinic for at least 40 years. From time to time we have taken our dogs to see other vets for various reasons and have returned to Dr. Joubert EVERY time. He is the most compassionate and informed veterinarian anywhere. I will not take my dog anywhere else again---Dr. Joubert is simply the best.
