I bought a ford f450 from turnbull auto for my business and after 2 weeks the oil pan busted and dumped all of the engine oil while towing a trailer leading to immediate catastrophic engine failure. It was soon found that the oil pan has previously been cracked and that “someone” had used an epoxy to try and hide/patch this massive issue. Great family owned and managed dealer. Fair and honest. Purchased an BMW few days ago and am very happy with this vehicle. Wasn’t maybe the best deal but paid what the vehicle is worth. No issues, no hidden problems, nothing bad so far. Vehicle was handed over cleaned. I probably will buy my son’s next vehicle from here as well. It’s a good thing to feel save while buying a ride. Sent emails, texted, and called and left voice mails about a 2017 charger they have and they called back once and I wasn't able to answer right away because I was at work. I called them back not even a couple minutes after they called and I can't get any response out of them. It's too bad because I've been pre-approved for well above what he's asking and it's the car and color I have been looking for. Not gunna beg a dealer to sell me a car, just gunna wait for another to turn up and take my business elsewhere.
You don’t find more honest car business people than a local family that works hard for their reputation. I had the best car searching experience with the Turnbull team from a pleasant office experience, excellent communication, and beautiful well conditioned cars that drive really well, I’ll be keeping this dealership in mind for all of my car buying searching.
