I asked the dealership if they would provide a Carfax and they had it to me within a couple of days
This is by far the weirdest dealership I've ever dealt with. I was always the one to contact them. I even test drove a car for 24hrs, with the intention to maybe buy at the end of the test drive. When I took the car, which ended up having a long list of issues, back, no one was even there. I left the keys and the list of problems and still haven't heard from anyone at the dealership. I was shopping from out of town and Brian was really easy to work with and communication was clear. I asked specifically about body damage and upon arrival there was, however, a more substantial dent in the bumper than he had let on. I wish he would have been more forthright about that. Once I arrived, he was great. When I thought there was a problem he hopped in the car and had his mechanic look at it. Turned out to be nothing but it was a nice touch. Nice looking car. Seller was short with me over the phone. Felt as if my business was not that important to him.
My experience with Turn Key Of Charlotte was different, I did not know what to expect but when I got there, they were dealing with other customers so I waited my turn. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle by myself which I thought was good. They detailed my vehicle for me and we done the paperwork and I was on my way.
Called me promptly to let e know the unit was still available.
Very helpful and honest
