The folks at this dealership responded right away and were most gracious and helpful. I am looking for a mid - sized SUV and they have one that is very appealing; however, it is a little out of my price range. I am going to continue to monitor their inventory in the meantime.

Prompt response
Called and asked about Chevy Surburban 2007. Was told person was showing vehicle and would call me back if not sold. Spoke with dealership a few hours later and was told vehicle was still for sale. I tell sales guy I'm on my way. I arrive and sales guys shows me the vehicle and I test drive it. I decide to buy it after test drive and considered also trading my truck. Was very pleased with the response back time, haven't purchase yet because I'm on vacation,once I return I will definitely will be doing so.So far so good.
Excellent customer service
It turns out there's two Turn Keys of Charlotte. One's in Concord and one's in Mint Hill. The people were nice, and everything went by fast, but I wish they specified which location the Hyundai was located.
Responded promptly and was negotiable. Truck was priced right, just not the truck for me.
