I received an auto response from this dealership when I requested more information but was never contacted directly.
Began to call in the morning around 9am, called several times but didn't get an answer. Waited until after 10am thinking they had not come in yet. Finally left a message to call me. They did return the call, but the man was upset that I had called several times. We told him we were traveling at least 2 hours to come and look at the vehicle and wanted to know more about it. He said look at the website and rude the whole time, and we just ended three call.
What a Wonderful experience!! These folks stayed after hours on a Friday for me to come test drive their Lexus GX. Not only was the car exactly if not better than I expected, but they were knowledgable & patient to answer all my questions. I happily bought the vehicle & got an amazing deal after looking months online for the perfect car. The entire process was seamless & I never felt hassled. If you want an honest group of folks with exceptional pricing, quality vehicles & a stress free transaction shop here!!!

First I contacted the dealership via email. However, I decided to go ahead aND contact them via phone to get faster responses to my inqiries. I verified the price listed on the site. Once the price was verified as being accurate, I asked if there were any mechanical issues with the vehicle. The response was that the only thing wrong with the car is a "small scrape on the right side." Being a potential out of state buyer, I was met with a Salesman who was impatient with my questions and concerns. He was difficult to work and did not want to cooperate. They just blew me off, however I was happy to take my business else where. After all, shouldn't a car salesman WANT to sell a car?
I have had one of the best car buying experiences to date. Adam and his team made this a seamless transition. I contacted Adam on 3/18, and set up time to test drive the vehicle. I returned on 3/20 and purchased it. The paperwork was ready prior to me getting there so the closing of the deal was complete in 1 hour. They even completely filled up the gas tank. I would purchase from Turn Key again.
