We had the best experience today!!! Every staff member was friendly and courteous. There was much more to do there than I expected. The making your own ice cream flavor in the lab was the perfect fun activity to do on a scorching hot day in July! The free samples were definitely a hit, too! I would highly recommend this trip!
We had an udderly delightful time there! I loved reading the story of hard work and dreams come true. We loved sampling ice cream and designing my ice cream carton. Time well spent!
The experience in itself was good. Something different to do with the family..Little less than an hour away from home. They do need to keep an eye out for the rowdier groups.. Just seemed a bit chaotic! But my daughter enjoyed herself so its was all good

The experience was so wonderful for our family. The smiles on the Kiddo's faces were priceless!!! The employee's were awesome!!! We visited from Ashland KY.
Great time and the test lab was really the best part. Definitley worth the extra money
Client at work referred this place to me. We went on a Sunday drove 2 hrs. An Hour there was enough for us. A lot of the computers were down as was the commercial making part of the tour. I was happy I pre ordered our tickets to the Lab. It was full at our particular time. the best part for us was the lab. So if you go make sure you pay the extra for that. Lancaster is beautiful there were other things to do and see when we left. But I think Turkey Hill is a one and done type of place for us. But still something different to... read more
