We visited last Friday June 30th with Kiddie Academy of Horsham for a camp trip. We had a reservation for lunch at 1:00 pm. Upon arriving at the patio/outdoor seating with 30 kids, we saw that other camp groups were sitting in our "reserved" seats. We ended up having to sit on the floor next to the door to the outside patio/eating area. It was not overly crowded and we were able to do areas without feeling rushed. My 6 yr old loved it! This was our first time here, it did not take us long to get through everything. We also did the taste lab and had a blast.
I am a customer for life. I liked the creating your own ice cream lab, sampling and their juices! An experience with family.
The facility was nice, but waaaaaaaay too many people with waaaaaaaay to few stations/computers etc. In person demo (like at Crayola factory) on regular tour would have been nice.
We got there early and had no problems checking in or getting out maps. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The flavor lab was the best
Great experience! At 1st I was nervous because it seemed like it was for young kids, but we had 12-15 year olds and we all had a great time! Definately do the Tasting Lab!
It is a great place for any size family to visit. The place is clean and informative. They have something for every age from a ball crawl to informational movies. The presentation was great! If your in the Lancaster/York area and love ice cream this is a must do.
Not at all what I expected. We were there on 6/29 - no order of going thru - tea tasting was best - ice cream tasting was a joke - flavors that you buy in the store - lines - only given one flavor - unlimited tasting? Very disappointed - they could have at least given a coupon for the ice cream we did not get to taste
We had an awesome time making our own ice cream��
