Thank you to the wonderful staff at Turkey Hill. I was traveling with 4, count them FOUR, teenaged girls. Two of whom have visual impairments. The staff was helpful and kind. We'll be back with big brother! Thank you from a weary mother.
This place sucked. From the grumpy girl at the desk to the sticky floors to the lack of any sort of guidance, direction or flow to the place. Poorly laid out, crappy parking. Waste of money and time. Unsupervised kids everywhere. The place is a free for all. But don't worry. The gift shop is loaded with all sorts of ever priced junk for you to buy and give them extra money.
Great way to spend a few hours. We stopped there on the way to Dutch Wonderland and had a great time. Making our own ice cream flavor was the best part.
Great experience and great time, but ruined by an incident on the slide. My daughter slid down the tunnel slide and the pad that was suppose to stay in place for her to land on was not the right type of pad. It moved when she landed on her and had her crack her head on the bottom of the slide! She bit a gash into her tongue and it messed her up all day from being able to eat. This could of been much worse and needs to be addressed for future kids. Other than that, we had a great time.
It was a day out for us. But a bit disappointing. Too crowded, couldn't see all the things. Our presenter was yelling at our group for talking. Not exactly what we were expecting.
Was a great way to spend the day. We had a 5 year with us and she has a great time....
Great time was had by my 6 year old daughter and myself. You really know how to entertain children with all the hands on tasks. We loved making our own ice cream and couldn't even finish it...can wait to come back...
The free samples of tea and ice cream were great. There were a lot of interactive exhibits and they were very creative. The ice cream lab was alright it was just putting toppings in ice cream, they could have been a little bit more creative. But what I did notice about this business lets in tons of field trips all at one time for such a small facility. I ruins the experience of the families coming in to enjoy it as well.
We had a great time. Love the tastings and the experience
