Tonight my dad was in the ER and one of his nurses was an RN whose badge looked like the name was KELSEY. Although she was not the friendliest person I have ever met and actually borderlined rude, my main concern is the perfume she had showered herself in. Seriously, the lady reeked and my Dad, along with everyone with him, could not breathe even after she left the room. This really needs to be addressed. It is most unprofessional.

I had a knee replacement here. Several hours after I was in my room I started having severe pain from muscle cramps. I told them this had happened before and the previous time they had to give me a muscle relaxer to stop the pain and that pain meds wouldn't help. They gave me pain meds and I was in agony for several hours before they finally got me a muscle relaxer. I had a ct scan done by Gabe and Neil at Turkey Creek Medical Center. They made this procedure very smooth. They also did my blood work before the ct scan and they were very good with me. They explained to me why they could not do my test with contrast. They were very helpful and made me feel at ease. This test was done on April 27th, 2023. Connie S.
