In my opinion, I think that the true mark of a company is how they choose to respond to issues. I am extremely disappointed in what, in my opinion, I feel was bad service and poor customer service. I do not recommend them.
I can not say enough good things about Turk Heating and Cooling. I called on a Sunday night after dealing with a big name company all day who recommended a total HVAC replacement. I asked around and decided to get a second opinion. Mark called me back right away and told me he would have someone out Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Eric the technician called us Monday late afternoon to work us in. He came to our house and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Could not have been happier with the service and the price. Will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend to others.
We had an issue with our heat on Sunday. I called Turk on Monday and they were out on Tuesday. Justin got me on the schedule and Eric came out and looked at the system. Both of the gentlemen were great. Another company said I needed a new system but Eric fixed my issue (bad capacitor) in around an hour and I am up and running. Turk definitely gets my recommendation.
There are very few people you can trust in this industry. Let’s be honest. This is a locally owned business that tells you what’s wrong with no tricks or up sales. They will tell you exactly what you need and give you multiple options if available. Mark arrived prompt and was professional. As he fixed my heat pump he explained what he was doing and gave recommendations for future repair and upkeep. I’m saving their number, Mark did a great job!
