Horrible place to take your car or your money Before this place changed management I took all my vehicles there. I literally spent $1000's of dollars there. Last year on my way back from Ohio my sunroof was making a clicking noise. I stopped through Tune-up Plus before I even went home. The mechanic told me he knew what it was, that it was my motor. So we set up a time to have it fixed. Idk how long they had it this time but he figured out it had 2 motors to be replaced and it cost me over $1500. Just to get it back and it w... read more

Great Location I had work done to my 2001 Grand AM yesterday here at this location. I feel in my spirit the need to tell everybody just how wonderful I was treated. I spent a lot of money and the young lady that operates that location walked me through every dime I spent. i was amazed at what this lady was tellin me because I had just been somewhere else. Thanks I was recently at your Indian River location and your manager was awesome. My car needed some serious attention and the manager joked with me a little bit to lighten the mood. I am very impressed, I will promote this shop every chance I can.

Thanks I visited the store and the manager was very nice. He took the time to explain what was being done and the cost. He got my vehicle in before I expected he would and it was completed and out the door prior to closing . Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this location.

Great Auto Shop The technician at Tune Up Plus was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The service that my son and I received was excellent. He was able to explain the mechanical situation of my son;s vehicle to us in a way that covered all bases and eased my worries, he was straight and to the point. We were confident that we were getting the best service possible and we are very satisfied with the results. Thanks The manager and the young man that worked on my car were excellent. They took the time to explain and show me things about my car, especially as an older beater, to help keep it going. He explained the benefits of services and the downfalls I could encounter should I wait too long. He offered recommendations on service times. Thank you for not treating me like another woman with a car problem.
