my father got transfered here today from the VA due to his hip. I try calling to get a room phone number and they toss my call back and forth saying they can tell me nothing and proceed to tell me not to call back then hang up on me ! I hate that he had to go here.
I spent several hours on the phone and at the hospital (literally several hours) to find out how much my treatment is going to cost me. They were not able to say that plus the final price they came up with was also wrong as they do not have a clear understating of who is charging for what and how much in their facility. This is even before insurance. So after several months I am still getting surprised by seeing new bills and new prices. Why 5 stars? Simple 6 weeks ago they saved my life. Double Pneumonia with MRSA. I'd be dead if it wasn't for God sending me to OSU Tulsa Medical Center
Took my daughter here for a strep infection. They looked in her throat, said it didn't look like strep and sent us home. Urgent care did a swab.. she was diagnosed with strep and given antibiotics. I went and was told nothing and was sent home. Another hospital treated me for a MRSA infection in my sinuses. All these misdiagnosis are dangerous. You'd be better off going to a vet
I love this hospital! I have never had a bad situation with them. From the staff at the check-in desk at the ER or the admission desk in the lobby... the doctors, nurses aides, nurses, specialist, and surgeons heck even the cleaning crew, and hospitality have all been awesome... I've had cancer surgery there and many ER visits and I've always had perfect care!!! Aftercare follow up always calling to check on me to see how I am after I got home.
