The Staff is very good and attentive.
security are controller freaks that walk you out and threaten tresspassing arrest if one doesn't leave imeadiately. I had to go wait on curb accross the street down the hill for a ride ... they would not let me sit inside after been discharged. so scary strange
got in therewith and they are all friendly

The communication is poor. They are doing thing to my mom without consulting me first. The hospital is dirty and reminds me of a bus station. They don’t talk to each other and wanted me to choose a child to wait in the lobby by itself because my mother’s room was crowded with unused equipment
I had to stay in the ICU and it was horrifying. I felt like I was in a hospital from the 1950s instead of present-day. normally I'm okay staying by myself overnight but I did not feel safe because the nurses we're not paying attention and I was given the wrong medication. I would rather decline medical attention before going back there
