My Granddaughter and Great Grandson are at Tulane Lakeside, where he was born. To say that the experience has been poor is an understatement. To cap off the experience, the nurses on the second floor even violated HIPAA and gave private health information regarding my granddaughter to someone NOT related to her OVER the telephone without her permission. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!
They took good care of me when i had my son five and a half years ago and now I'm back with twins and they're still doing a wonderful job. I love the doctors and nurses here, thank you and keep up the good work.
