We have had the best experience at Tulane Lakeside. My 12 year old sees Dr. Jane El Dahr and Dr. Steven Gibbons. Both doctors and their staff have been amazing. She also had a procedure and spent the night in the hospital and everyone was great!
Awesome people and doctors. Helping me every second with the things I've done 6yrs ago with my little boy that I've might have forgotten. Love this hospital...
Won't ever go back after being checked in I went to the back waiting area. Where I sat for over an hour before I had to get up and remind them that I was there. The lady who checked me in was literally getting off bags in hand she stopped and went called the doctor. The doctor then came to me mind you I was never checked into a room. She assessed me in the hallway basically touched my arm and told me I had carpal tunnel said she would give me two shots and a pill and that was all I still waited another 30-45 minutes for that... read more
The care was exceptional every time I have been there. I saw xray, resp therapy and nursing. Every one was great along with the admission clerk and greeters. Thank you all so much .
Everyone was friendly ,helpful from the volunteer to nursing staff thumbs up
Everyone at the HOSPITAL were excellent at what they do . From the beginning to the end , from the bottom to the top everything and everyone was great. The doctor and the nurses had perfect bedside manner. We were very pleased with everything.
