Had an Ultrasound done yesterday....it was "LOST". Went back this morning for a 2nd Ultrasound. Waited 35 min in the lobby. Staff was very cold and callous! The tech jammed the probe into my large pelvic cyst and really hurt me. I let her know and she did it again. I got up/dressed and slammed the door on my way out! NEVER AGAIN WILL I HAVE ANY RADIOLOGY DONE THERE! The absolute worse health care experience. Love Dr.Van Opijnen and the ER, but their RADS Dept, is just awful! I'll go to Lakeview for my studies in the future!
