We have been going to Tuffy for several years. Appreciate the no charge estimates. Do not appreciate the change in attitude when we decide not to do the work. $200 more then everyone else with no budging on price. At least oil change was affordable.
Horrible experience! Pretty sure I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I have never been treated so poorly. On top of it, I'm afraid it's not safe to drive my car.
