Tuffys owner Chris needs some help on how to handle customers. I purchased a lemon from him and he disappeared like a date the morning after prom. I called him, went to the tuffy, asked his employees to have him call me... nothing. I eas going to forget it and just junk the car but I never got the title. Had to order a replacement which set me back an additional 60 dollars. Not one peep from the guy. I feel bad for his employees Anthony and Ralph. Those guys are great. Thank you Chris and Anthony for a wonderful service today. Great Team work! I had to get an oil change in between appointments today, plus I had our puppy with me. Chris made it easy to check in even without having an appointment. Anthony was able to get us an oil change done and back on the road. Thank you for making bring our car in for an oil change so painless.
Had to get an insurance inspection today and couldn’t have asked for nicer service. Chris was courteous and prompt. The waiting area was air conditioned and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Great Service, and EXCELLENT prices. I was traveling and my car hit a piece of metal in the road, which destroyed my right front tire. Got towed to the closest place (Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center Winter Springs). Got an amazing price on a replacement tire (mounting, balancing, alignment, etc)! The service was truly exceptional. I was expecting a long wait, but it was really quick. If you live or are traveling in that area and need any automotive work, I VERY MUCH recommend this store.
