I will never ever take my car to Tuffys again. My husband took my car in for an oil change, on the way home the hood came flying up and my car had dents and scratches on both sides of the car under the hood. The hood flew back so hard and far that my husband had to force it back down, now leaving it uneven and partly sticking up. How hard is it to close a car hood all the way when you're done working under it. Absolutely worst service. My kids and husband could have been seriously injured because of your mistake.
