I took my work truck to this place for an oil change and it was running perfect. 10 minutes after I left the engine on my truck went low oil pressure and the engine blew. They denied responsibility but the dealership found what they did wrong. So now I’m suing them because they refuse to stand behind their work and the owner is a jerk who threatened me when I told him I would give his business bad reviews. I would like apologize for my review in September. I was upset when I left the shop, however that wasn’t my first time going there. I’ve switched from going to Holler Honda to Tuffy for my oil change and tire rotation. I have always appreciated the overall kindness of the shop employees. The Manger is a humble caring individual. We are human and things happen, my overall experience with this Tuffy has been a good one.

Awesome service! These guys jumped into action when I needed 2 new rear tires of a special size. From the moment I called them stranded on the 417, the manager figured out what tire I needed and actually went and got two of them on the spot! I was back on the road in no time. Thanks guys!!
