Dr. Goode and his Assistant Lauren King were wonderful. Had a bone spur on my finger removed and it was simple and nearly pain free. They both made the procedure and post-op appt go great.
Physician Assistant Jonathan Pagano was very explanatory for me and showed me specifics as it relates to my orthopedic condition. He was prompt and very courteous. I now highly recommend him. Thank you! Patrick Farritor
Brent Walker the P.A. for Dr John Wild is awesome. Very professional and frank about what needs to be done....information is what we need and he knows his stuff! I would highly recommend him for a diagnostic appointment anytime or a follow up....Dr J Wild and Brent make a great team .
They were very prepared and efficient. Everyone was very nice and the doctor was really knowledgeable and patient going over all my info and explaining everything to me. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to anyone.
I’ve been a client for many years🥴foot, arm, wrist right and left neck and back. So I think I’m pretty well qualified body and surgery wise to talk about TOI!!! Haven’t found a Dr. or Staff I didn’t like!!!! Form front desk to X-ray,casting, B/p,escort,assistance....Dr.Hanks, Dr. Sheppiro,Dr.Petro.and my newest PA Mario. Excellent service, all super friendly people and Doctor D. Trimble, very attentive and patient with my girl.
Less wait time on phone. Also, when I called for an appointment at the Oro Valley location, the woman taking my information was very rude. It started with her answering the incoming call with, "Hello." Not professional at all and it seemed that it was a total infringement on her time to schedule an appointment for me. Also, the TOI policy of only being able to have just one appointment scheduled stinks! Even if it is for a different body part and different doctor, I could only schedule one appointment. Due too my accident in 1995, the surgeries that followed, and developing arthritis and pain factors, I have found that having an injection in my knee and shoulder every 4 months, keeps me moving!!!
