I saw PA Corbie Maibauer in consultation for my spinal issues. Corby was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She took the time to review my MRI and plane films with me as we discussed the issues and symptoms I had been having. She included me in the decision-making process and never assumed anything. I feel very confident that, when the time comes when I need surgery to stabilize my back, the staff at TOI are more than capable of completing a successful repair. I was unable to see my doctor and saw the assistant. Found the assistant to be excellent.
When I fell and twisted my new ankle I needed a quick appointment to check the integrity of the replacement. I was treated with courtesy and given an appointment the next day. I was seen at my appointment time, treated professionally and had all my questions answered.
