I tried to schedule an appointment for my husband and the scheduler was very rude. I told her what my husband needed help with and she gave the attitude that we were incompetent and there was no way we knew what was wrong with him without a PCP referral. She was very unaccommodating. I decided to schedule an appointment elsewhere. I would recommend training your staff to be a better representation of your company if you would like to acquire new patients.
