They refuse to provide a live ASL interpreter for deaf patients! They have a doctor that performs cochlear implants! They are all obviously deaf, cochlear does not make them hearing and will understand everything. They are violating the ADA laws. Shame. Do not go to them. They are taking our identities away. Doctors are suppose to help them, serve them, not take their identity away and preventing accessibility to medical

My wife has been requesting the results to test for 4 weeks now and she keeps getting the run around. First the associate loses her paperwork. At first they could provide some better amenities I come to get allergy shots so I have to be there 30 min. every week. Coffee, Wifi, and or some kind of power would really make that 30 min. much more bearable. But the main reason I wouldn't recommend is there appears to be ZERO respect for others time. I have had two ENT appointments rescheduled for weeks away and at least 25% percent of the time I've had to spend an extra 30 minutes in the office for Allergy shots because a doctor was late.
