My car 19 Challenger only has 4,300 Miles. Bought it in November.and only have had the car for 6 Months and even though its under mileage last week on May 12th Tuesday I called roadside because car would not turn on outside of groceries store. I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn and asked for 10 ply tires. They assured me the tires were. I had them checked out at Big O Tires and it turns out the salesman was not telling the truth. I complained to the dealership but can't get a return phone or email....
Seriously, I would never go back to this place. Its service really sucks. Employees lie just to sell and get the commission, the manager is always in his office doing nothing to help you. SUCKS!
Jimmy Williams is amazing, kind, and very helpful. Chelsea is the BEST in the Service Department.
