This guy gets it. Your machine needs to run and he's going to do everything he can to make that happen. You show up to his shop with a problem, he solves it. Within reason of course. A competitor of tubes and hoses sent me on a wild goose chase driving half an hour away and going back just to be turned down after doing what they asked!
