The jewel of Tubac Golf Resort is the mature, championship Red Lawrence-designed Golf Course, well-kept and challenging for all levels. This traditional course is located near the Mexico border and sits about 3,500 feet above sea level. The course was made "famous" when some scenes from the movie Tin Cup were filmed here. I didn't get to experience it. We were turned away because of all the cars and no parking. Very poorly planned.
I am from west Texas, San Angelo to be exact and I can't begin to tell you how much it felt like being back home. The rooms are large and very well appointed. Great food on-site and the golf course was awesome. We had a great time and will be back!
Magnificent place. Gorgeous scenery, wonderful rooms and a great golf course. Oh!, And the cows… You've got to love the cows!
This is one of the most beautiful spots in Arizona. The Resort is very special. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy this historical property!
