The jewel of Tubac Golf Resort is the mature, championship Red Lawrence-designed Golf Course, well-kept and challenging for all levels. This traditional course is located near the Mexico border and sits about 3,500 feet above sea level. The course was made "famous" when some scenes from the movie Tin Cup were filmed here. Beautiful facility! Great course, great accommodations, excellent food, and an amazing staff!
Loved the feel of the place. Great music on Friday and Saturday night. Spa was fantastic. Maya and Denise are miracle workers. Thank you for a much needed escape. We don't golf and we still love it. Our first date was seeing Tin Cup. When we came across Tubac Golf Resort, we had know idea that some of the filming was here. It was fate for us to be here.
I love the ambiance at the Stables Restaurant. Nice place to eat a good meal and visit with friends.
Golf course was in very good condition. I would play there again. I would recommend the course to anyone. If you get a chance play it.
Had an issue with an advertised item being pulled off the Mothers Day Brunch menu, at the last moment. Still awaiting TGR to get back to me. Not sure if it will be resolved successfully, hence 4 instead of 5 stars. I hope someone will acknowledge my concern so I can change my review to five stars.� Usually Stables is my first choice for dining despite it being very expensive -$50 pp for brunch, beverages extra!
A collection of three gorgeous 9 hole courses that make for an extremely enjoyable 18 hole round. An abundance of exquisite shade trees and well maintained grounds make it a pleasure to play, even in the warmest days. The staff here are seriously top notch, and the pro shop is well stocked, adding to a great customer experience.
Great dinner and beautiful spot to look out while eating.
