After multiple times waiting over an hour after our scheduled appointment to be seen, I posted a review expressing my displeasure at their lack of time management ability. Dr Peter Hoffman, in response, threatened to drop my wife as a patient. I can't imagine how thin-skinned and unethical someone must be to be willing to risk a patient's health over honest criticisim. I was a patient at Tuality for many years with Dr. Borman. When our health insurance changed I had to switch to another provider. Now I'm back at Tuality and so far I'm very happy. I feel a sense of compassion that I never felt at the corporate provider.
Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Called about an injured ankle and was not only given good advice but also option for another clinic with an x-ray machine.
Had to go in tonight for an infection from a spider bite the girl at the front desk was kind and helpful even though they were closing in 30 min. It was my first time in so I had to fill out all the paper work to. Dr Meghan was great and thorough. I will be back if I ever need something that my primary care Dr is unavailable for. Thank you to the team tonight A+
Called with a sudden infection and was seen and treated that day. Staff was competent and friendly. Good experience.
