After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes

Yes, they really focused on it Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? During my first visit, I spent 90 minutes with the doctor. He did a thorough checkup and answered all of my questions, the entire experience was so comfortable. It was like talking to an old, knowledgeable friend. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Through the entire visit, as we were talking, I was able to ask questions that came up, and they were all answered. I actually learned quite a bit from this visit. Only with clear directions Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
