I applied for a place to live and paid an application fee. I still haven’t heard anything back, they pulled my credit and everything. I have requested the application fee refunded and I would also like the inquiry removed from my credit. This is an unethical act by real estate companies and agents not respond with a yes or no. I am also writing a complaint to FTA, and the Real Estate Commission also.
It's been 6 months and I have still not gotten my deposit back.
