Tulio was quick to respond and set up an appointment to give us an estimate. However, he first said he would send us the estimate the same day. Then a week later we did not hear back from him so I called him and he gave me another email address to send the summary of the projects to. Another week passed by and still no responses. He hung up when I called as well. If he’s not willing to give us an estimate, he can just let us know. No need to ghost us like this.
Tulio and his team at TSP are very skilled at what they do! From start to finish his team rebuilt our master shower in 10 days! His team is attentive to details and great communication between everyone. I am now going to do our guest bathroom. If you are looking for a reasonable price with integrity and quality, these guys are it!
Tulio and his company completely remodeled both of our bathrooms and did an excellent job. Tulio gave us a fair quote and worked hard to complete the job on time. He was easy to communicate with and listened to our ideas throughout the project. We would highly recommend this company.
