Overall good experience. I used them for re-roofing project. From beginning to end, there was always someone whom I can speak with that was assigned to me from the company. Daniella was great in answering any questions and concerns I had prior to signing the contract. Both Ivana and Sammie took the project through answering and addressing any concerns I had. I’m very happy w/ TS Roofing. They were always very professional from sales to project management they kept us informed at all times. The roof looks great!
We had been researching companies to purchase a new roof. While researching we wound up with a leak in the roof. Ralph was great in getting our roof repaired. Torrential rains the day after they fixed it. Not a drop of water came in. We are in the permitting stages now with T & S so I will update again after the roof is completed. Very good customer service. Very responsive and timely.
