I hired TS Roofing to fix a roof leak. They came out promptly inspected, and quoted a repair for that single issue. I paid, and then they told me it would be three weeks before they could schedule the work. While waiting, a second leak appeared in a different area of the roof. I asked them to come take a look, which they did promptly but then I heard please hold we are still thinking for weeks. No follow-up, no quote, no next steps.
