Trigger was the BEST instructor! Can’t wait to come back and do this again, will definitely request Trigger! So comfortable in the water with him, he feels out everyone’s a ability and tailors the dive based on them!
First time scuba diving today and to start with after the safety introductions. I was struggling with breathing to start with. Trigger the instructor was very patient and helpful in giving tips and making adjustments. And I soon got use to it. He was very clear and good at showing what and how to do things. And was always checking up to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to try scuba diving. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We took our daughter out for her first open water scuba diving experience and she loved it. We are certified divers that haven't been in the water in years and she had never been in open water. Trigger was a great, patient, knowledgeable, and kind dive guide. He gave helpful briefing and knew how and what needed to be done to keep us all safe while having fun. Thank you and I would highly recommend the experience for anyone interested in Scuba Diving that can swim.

Hi. I made a reservation 1 month ago. On September 11th your instructor got sick so I couldn't take the tour. I can't reschedule the tour I don't have the time to travel to Key West and after I explaind that to the woman who answer the phone that day (by the way she told me that the refund were made days after but that never happened). I don't want it the tour. I was calling every single day trying to contact some manager or somebody in charge because the staff didn't answer my phone calls or my emails anymore. Hey Nacho. We can’t seem to find your name in our system but everyone that we rescheduled that day were either refunded or rescheduled to another day. We did have one group that opted to reschedule and then didn’t show up for their tour the next day. If this is you, we would not be able to issue you a refund because you chose to reschedule. RecommendedI had a really good time. Chad was so patient with me and helped me calm my nerves. We were able to see beautiful fish and plants. My son was able to do more and go deeper so it all depends on your level of comfort. I would recommend to try it out. I’ll go again...baby steps!
Did my first Scuba Diving there, was a great experience!!
The dive instructor and captain were very cool and safe. Dive time is short like 15-20 min and it is defiantly a beginner class, you will only be able to dive with the dive instructor one at a time and the instructor has you by the back the entire time. You can snorkel the entire area while your not diving which was cool to me. If you have ever scuba dived before you will just want to find a guided reef tour in clearer water but for the first time experience I highly recommend it.
