Terrible experience with this Dive Operation who doesn't understand the importance of customer service! We booked a dive trip with Lost Reef Adventures for the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. We were in the Floriday Keys for a few days and decided to try a dive on the Vandenberg, and we called the Thursday before the Sunday's scheduled dive.
