Terrible experience with this Dive Operation who doesn't understand the importance of customer service! We booked a dive trip with Lost Reef Adventures for the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. We were in the Floriday Keys for a few days and decided to try a dive on the Vandenberg, and we called the Thursday before the Sunday's scheduled dive. On Saturday, 1 day before, we called to add another diver to the Vandenberg trip at which point the manager told me "Oh the trip probably will be canceled because we don't have enough dive... read more
