Frank, the owner of TrustCo Heating and Air, answered my first call right away. Being he was in the area, he actually swung by about 10 minutes after we first got off the phone to provide an estimate. He took the time to explain things to us and then gave us a more than fair estimate for the job the same day. In the height of winter season my heater stopped working. After calling and explaining my problem, Frank came out, diagnosed the problem and had the heater up and running in no time and at a very reasonable cost. The following day, it stopped working again from another problem. Frank answered my call right away and came over. After giving me options to choose from, I chose the best one for me. After reading all the reviews I called Trustco Heating and Air to come out to fix a furnace issue we were having. He came out the same day and quickly service our furnace. After working with another heating company that was unable to identify the issue I was amazed at how well Frank knew every component of a rather complicated old furnace setup. Trustco's motto a company you can trust is 100% correct! We had a major leak with our ac over the weekend (july heatwave) and looked up Hvac repair in NEphilly to find Trustco. My wife and I read the reviews and all of them were correct! They returned our call the same night and came out right away. Frank took the his time to explain everything and did a Great Job! Trustco cares about their customers and their satisfaction, I already recommended them to my mother-in-law.

I have an older Goodman unit, I start to have problems back in November, 3 different Tech tried to fix it After 3 month, I was lucky do find Frank. He came the first time late in the evening to see what the problem was, next time he came with the parts, he fix it and my heater is working very well. Thank You Frank for the excellent Service.
