I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care from the lady that checked me in to the sweet caring nurse I had but the PA that seen me Travis Blackburn he was amazing, caring, very kind and really listened. When you are so sick it means the world to me to be treated kind so thank you to everyone who helped me.
They were very polite
The wait time was short, and the staff was professional and pleasant.
I was impressed with the doctor's sincere concern in my need to go to the hospital however he was willing to give me a shot and 2 antibiotic scrips with 24 hrs to improve or go to the hospital. Very nice doc and staff.
I had a really bad experience here 2 weeks ago. I will not go into too many details as I have already been in contact with TrustCare regarding my experience and wish to keep specifics of my care private. The provider I saw was rude, dismissive, uninformative, and attempted to give me a shot to "preemptively" treat me for something I tested negative for.
