I've been doing all my closings with Linda and the Trust Title Team for years and could not be happier with the service and knowledge they provide. I wouldn't trust anyone else to close my files, my client's or my family's transactions.
I honestly do not recommend this company to anyone, my experience has been disastrous. Starting with the loan officer, she called me to see if I could intervene to receive the documents and information. This company did not ensure that the seller had the utilities paid and everything under control. We had to move without being able to connect the utilities because there was a pending bill from the former seller. They charged me at the closing a remote closing fee of $225, even though I confirmed that we were closing in their... read more
