Very polite and very timely service. Repair work was excellent and completed ahead of schedule.
Promptness of my needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Informative with realistic out comes and dates of services to start and finish. Quality work that they stand behind. This was our second time having to call on their services and although we regret the inconvenience of being without our beloved vehicles, we are very happy and pleased and will only use Joe Hudson Collision Center now and in the future needs.

Work was completed on time. Great staff. The repairs were excellent.
They promised to have our car repaired in 4 days on our first visit. When we took the car back for our appointment some six to eight days later, they told us 6 days it has now gone into the Eighth Day and is reaching close to the 9th day. When you call for an update, neither employee who answers the phone in the office seems to have any clue what's going on. They simply repeat the canned version of what's going on.
