I used to love Trunk Club and would recommend it to everyone. I was a loyal customer for about two years receiving monthly trunks. I loved my stylist, who really got to know me and would send excellent trunks. If a trunk preview was off, I’d just message her and she’d correct it right away. But, I guess all good things end when a company prioritizes cost savings over quality. Excellent customer service - I've been a member for a few years and very happy with the pieces I've received. Some things I've kept I would never have tried on at all at the store. There are a few designers that I've discovered as well and it's helped me develop a better style. I'm a terrible shopper on my own! If anything goes wrong, they're quick to make it right too.

My wife and I used to love Trunk Club but unfortunately they closed the Dallas location and moved to a Nordstrom in North Park Mall. Very disappointing.

I have only received one box. I didn’t like everything. There was a substitute stylist. But I LOVED what I purchased. I didn’t know pink Birkie oxfords existed! They have very interesting choices.
