It was amazing in the beginning, but now it’s horrible. Where are the amazing stylists they I used to have?
They used to have one stylist assigned to a person so they got to know their customer’s style over time, but now, it seems to be different stylists and that personal touch or the accuracy of the items sent has dropped drastically.
It appears after 2 trunks that they really do not incorporate your specifications into your trunk. My husband commented that they must send you items they can’t sell in their stores... that bad. Not up to Nordstrom quality. They either need to put better resources into this product line or get rid of it.

It’s great, until a piece on your packing slip isn’t in the box. When you’ve got praise to give, there’s no issue hearing back from someone. When you’ve got a concern, no acknowledgement. The fair-weather-willingness to communicate has ruined the experience for me. Thankfully there are plenty more personal shopping experiences to give business to.

Very disappointed in the selections. It doesn’t seem they even considered my profile. Cancelled my trunk before it was ever sent.
Absolutely terrible. I spent time filling out all the preferences. Specifically said, "not a fan of skinny jeans". They sent 3 pairs of skinny pants. I asked the stylist if they even read the comments. Every time I tried to reach out to the stylist, it was a different person. It felt like they just stuffed a box full of clothes they were trying to move and didnt really care or read any of the preferences that I filled out. Complete waste of time and money
HORRIBLE! I got a referral and they flagged my account saying I was not able to order my first trunk! I called and they said that they don’t know why it was flagged and can’t do anything about that! Why is that? Why was my account flagged like this? Horrible customer service that know nothing about their system. I recommended a lot of people and now I can’t use it anymore? That’s why you flagged my account? They will not use this service anymore, and so my whole group of more than 20000 people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
